Driven by a passion for craftsmanship and innovation, Jesse launched Timberlight Homes to bring a fresh vision and elevated experience to on-your-lot and custom homebuilding in Oregon and Idaho.

Jesse’s journey began with with learning from other many other builders and helped them build their businesses. Eventually he partnered with Mark Wiederholt and built Cascade Precision Homes together, where he earned recognition for delivering high-quality, energy-efficient homes tailored to each client’s unique needs. With a robust background in real estate, finance, construction management, and client care, Jesse brings a comprehensive, client-focused perspective to every project. His expertise in real estate and finance ensures clients receive insightful guidance on everything from site selection and investment value to financing options and market trends. Cascade Precision Homes also delivered award-winning homes and received multiple industry accolades over several years.
